Rams, Bulls, Sheep, Cattle, Lambs, Calves are not animal species and we currently list them as this in all our reports.
These should be referred to instead as 'Stock Class' or 'Class'

Sheep and Cattle are fine for the term species - rams and bulls are not.
To keep things simple the options for this section should be "male, female, neutered or mixed"
