Sorry for the delay coming back to you, When recording a sale, there is an option to toggle from Basic to Advanced in the top left corner of the record, at this point you should have a lot more of the information that you require. I have attached a screenshot of the additional information that appears. If there is anything more required, please let me know the details. Thanks
no not quite. We are required to fill out movement licenses, but also keep a record of each movement in a movement record book. So when we move to market, the market will record the movement with the government. We would still be required to record numbers, holding numbers, haulier, vehicle reg, date etc. So what I’m wanting is somewhere to satisfy our requirements for keeping movement records.
If I understand correctly, this is about submitting movement information to the appropriate government body when recording a sale, this is something we already have in place and are continuing to develop further for more regions.
If you have created your Government Connection for your farm, when you submit a purchase/sale there will be a record created in the 'Government Registrations' section for you to submit this to the Government body.
