Add, view and edit notes in the web app

Notes can be created on paddocks, mobs, tasks, inventory items and landmarks but only mob notes are visible on the web app. Users need to be able to see all notes on both the web app and mobile app as well as add and edit them.

Change Species category to 'Stock Class'

Rams, Bulls, Sheep, Cattle, Lambs, Calves are not animal species and we currently list them as this in all our reports. These should be referred to instead as 'Stock Class' or 'Class'
