Freight costs for Livestock purchases

At the moment only Organisational Admins are able to add users to the account. We should allow Farm Managers to add Users to their farm up until the limit of their own role.

Feeders as a landmark

Ability to mark on the map where feeders are- large feeders that hold a few tonne. Also allow this to be 'stocked' with feed from the inventory and see levels as it is getting fed out over time.
